Who is this workshop for?

This workshop for is for junior and mid-level professionals who are working in engineering or other technical roles who haven’t yet gotten their first tech lead position or who are just starting out as tech leads but are unsure of the full scope of the work and leadership involved.

Is it for me if I’m still in school?

It can still be useful for you if you’re close to getting your first junior engineering job. We will focus heavily on the daily behaviors on the job that will help you stand out and be recognized as a leader.

What does the leadership coaching call look like?

In this call, we will identify your #1 goal, the motivation behind it on a deeper level and your largest blocks. I will then coach you through them to create a plan of working towards achieving your goal.
